Refund policy

Physical products sold at Ana+Grace are not refundable because they are custom made per item, although your love of our items is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy!

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@anaandgrace.com within seven days of receiving it, and we will replace the item, give you a refund, or process a store credit for you. 

Digital downloads are not refundable. 

Notes: Pictures are only for illustration purposes, and the final product may differ slightly. Different printing providers are used, products may arrive in multiple boxes and/or on separate days.
